This pho place deserves 5-stars because the pho took me back to Saigon. After coming back from Vietnam I was missing the authentic pho and Pho Thin took me back. Their broth is light yet flavorful. It's not salty. The green onions add a kick, not to mention the pickled garlic which enhances the pho flavor. The noodles are also thin and light and taste fresh. Don't forget to add the mung bean drink for dessert. The place gets busy so either get there early or late. Service is fast so it's going to seem a bit chaotic at times but time is money.

I haven't tried pho Thin 13 Lo Duc in Ha Noi so I cannot say if its close to that, but the pho portion here is pretty generous, and the broth did have decent flavor and it was rich and clean taste. the soup was not too dark and the bowl came out steaming hot which I like. They also gave us a lot of meat. I enjoyed it and we did come back a few times. The restaurant was clean and bright inside. Service was decent. Food came out very fast. Parking was easy to park . Overall it's a good place for northern style Pho.

Portions are pretty generous for the price. You also get a generous amount of meat for your bowl of pho. Unique in that they offer northern style pho. Flat noodles preferred for me with a good hearty broth. Parking is not too bad located in a plaza. Service can be a bit or miss.

Authentic northern pho!!! I used to go to pho thin lo duc when I was little so this brought back childhood memory. The service was super quick. It took them like 2' to serve us, just like how they do it in Vietnam!!! The broth was rich and flavorful. The restaurant was clean and organized. Love it!

This is a lovely restaurant with plenty of seating. Decor was nice, chairs comfortable, and interior clean. Nice neighborhood establishment. To be honest, pho is not my favorite. For me, the soup flavor is an acquired taste, and my taste buds just have a problem adjusting. There are additional sauce enhancers and herbs you can mix in, but the base flavor is too strong. I can appreciate the time and effort it takes to create a good stock. This restaurant definitely does a great job. The bowl came out hot, and the noodles had a good bite. Everything was fresh, but it just wasn't my thing.

We stopped by for pho before heading out on our road trip to San Jose. The broth was really bold, rich, and flavorful. Every bowl comes standard with fresh noodles (not the dry noodles). It was delish and hit the spot! The restaurant was very clean and service was fast and friendly.

This is the first time I've had Northern style pho. It was really good! I think the notable difference to me was the stir-fried (shaken style) rare steak, flat noodles, and pickled garlic jalapeños. This style of pho reminds me of the shaken style version you can get at SUP Noodle Bar. I must say, I prefer the pho here at Pho Thin over SUP Noodle Bar. I ordered the #1. Pho Thin Dac Biet ($15.99), and while I normally shy away from pho that costs over $12, this one was worth it! There were so many noodles, meat, and soup that it was enough to share between my hubby and I. We were left full with a little bit of noodles and soup left. The broth was flavorful and not oily. I ordered take-out, and it was well packed in a very nice bag. I reheated the soup when I got home, and it was perfect! The noodles were not stuck together, but they also didn't use the traditional thin rice noodle... so that's something to keep in mind. The shaken style rare steak that comes in the #1 is delicious! Overall, I highly recommend the pho from here! The restaurant is also clean and nice too.

This is an overdue review for me! I've been here so many times in the last few months, it is my favorite place for Pho right now! What I like about this place is the quality of the meat and the fresh noodle. It is Northern style (pho back) and they are famous for the bo tai lan, which is like a shaken marinated rare steak. It comes in the #1 (the special). My usual is #1, or #2, the everything meat except the bo tai lan, or the filet mignon pho. Their pho noodle is soooo good! You can tell it is made daily and so fresh! Even if you put it in your fridge for couple hours, when you take it out, it is still soft. Broth is yummy and rich but not fatty. And they pack a mean togo bag for you! Sometimes I feel like you get more stuff getting it togo than dining in. Service is phonominal here!!! Everyone is nice and polite and service is fast. I would highly recommend this pho place to everyone!!!
